Brittany Fischer, program coordinator of CHAIRE, and Dr. Kim Cole, associate professor in CHAIRE and unit supervisor of The Ohio State University Equine Center, share details about the Equine State Training and Education Program (EquiSTEP), designed to teach youth involved in 4-H horse projects and educational contests more about their horse projects, and the results from the program so far.
