University of Missouri Extension COVID-19 testing data

The University of Missouri Extension Center for Applied Research and Engagement Systems (CARES) gathers data from all U.S. States to show the number of tests conducted, the testing rate, and the number of tests per 1,000. Research shows that a benchmark goal needed before reopening a state economy is a 10% or lower positive test rate.
